The Kind Project
When I turned 50, I wanted to mark it in some way. I was planning to cut my hair and then I had the idea that I could make dolls and put my hair on their heads and sell them for charity. That's how 'The Kind Project' started.

Each of the 50 dolls is completely unique and has been made as a symbol to their owner that the female form is always something to respect and celebrate, to remind us to be kind and to cherish ourselves and each other. And the money raised goes to FORWARD, a charity dedicated to supporting women having to face the harshest challenges and to ending the greatest crime committed against the female form - Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).
